Doctor of Management from Paris-Dauphine University, former executive director of Groupe Elf (French Oil Major), Patrick Gantès has founded and directed the CRES foundation since 1991, having been the advisor to several governments (Central Africa, Russia) and international organizations (Unitar, ILO) on energy policies and their role in their economic development.

Graduated in international relations of the University of Geneva, Edouard Gantès has developed within the CRES foundation a methodology and an interactive know-how of socio-political systems. He worked for the petroleum industry within the Chinese multinational Sinopec in Gabon.

With a diploma from University of Montreal, and as the head of a company in Guinea, Mamadou has acquired expert knowledge of both commerce and new technologies. Through those experiences, he was able to develop an important network, especially in the mining and energy sectors.
